The spec asks this page for the subject, length, format and a rough price band. None of those are settled, so the page carries the status line and the waitlist only. It works as it stands, and it will read better once you can name what the first course teaches.
The open question underneath it, from spec section 9: if the free guides show how to lay out a transect and generate random points, the course sells the judgement, meaning what an agency will accept and how to defend it when challenged. Or the guides stop short of the defensibility material and the course carries that. The copy here depends on which.
The guides on this site are free and will stay free. Training is for the part that a written guide does not carry well: deciding what a given reviewer will accept, and holding a method up when someone disagrees with it.
